1.1. Due to the nature of digital content and services, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been purchased and delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, digital subscriptions, downloadable content, and online access passes.
2.1. Eligibility for Return: Physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
2.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at row@rowsa.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
2.3. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2.4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at row@rowsa.co.za for exchange instructions.
3.1. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.1. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
